Salone Libro Srl will process the data provided by fill in the personal data on the Turin International Book Fair website, in order to allow the correct and complete execution of the participation in the exhibition, management and provision of related services and legal and tax obligations.

RETENTION PERIOD
Salone Libro Srl in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, the purpose limitation and the data minimisation, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR will retain personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed, with particular reference to the execution of the correct and complete participation in the fair. In any case, the need to keep the data will be checked every six months.
